Danger
The Danger Pis the risk component that describes the physical deterioration
process of the items determined by the potential aggression of the territory with
respect to the surface of the construction, the structure and the damage resulting
from direct human activities for the i-th item that might be present in the territorial
area of the j-th municipality:
P1j = P1 (t,xyz,a1 ....an...)
P2j = P2 (t,xyz,b1 ....bn...)
P3j = P3 (t,xyz,c1 ....cn...)
where
a1 ....an = variables used for quantifying the dynamic of the
physical process of potential damage to the surface of the items on the basis
of the values assumed by the pollutant and climatic factors in the j-th
territorial unit;
b1 ....bn = variables used for quantifying the dynamic of the
physical process of potential degradation of the static/structural
characteristics of items on the basis of values assumed in the j-th
territorial unit, by the catastrophic dynamics of the ground and the subsurface;
c1 ....cn = variables used for quantifying the physical process
of potential of degradation of items on the basis of values assumed by
dynamics directly or indirectly linked to j-th territorial unit anthropic activities.
